The LaSallian Handbook Redesign

When I began my year as Associate Editor of The LaSallian, the official student publication
of De La Salle University, the first order of business was to update and redesign the publication's handbook,
which was comprised of our mission and vision, code of ethics, points of style, and bylaws.

The handbook had last been edited in 2007, so my fellow editors and I set out to review and update the rules and regulations of the organization. At the time, the publication was set to celebrate its 54th birthday, and so much of our operations and practices had changed since the last time the handbook was touched. After editing the contents of the handbook, it was time to lay everything out for print.

It was a fun process to layout a handbook, as most of my training until then had been on newspaper design.
Here are some other key pages of the new handbook.
Thank you very much for viewing!
